POPEYE'S CHICKEN & BISCUIT RESTAURANTS

The prototype Project includes site and building for a 2,500 sf take-out / sit-down restaurant. Site area and configuration must provide for building pad, trash and recycle enclosure, vehicle drive-thru lane and stacking zone, parking stalls and driveways to accommodate 15-20 vehicles and perimeter landscaping. Ricky G. Mason AIA for Collaborative Design Architects planned five stores located in Pittsburg, Oakland, Berkeley and Fremont for franchisee Alameda Food Services Inc.. The typical store design generally conforms to corporate prototype building layouts with minor modifications to accommodate site specific constraints and applicable governing agency codes and ordinances. The interior design provides space for patron queuing and ordering, seating for 30, cooking, prep, and storage areas and restrooms.
