The prototype Project includes interior tenant improvements for a 1,300 sf take-out / sit-down restaurant. Sites are generally limited to first story of existing commercial / retail or professional office buildings located in urban and suburb locales although urban stores may be located in multi-story buildings and sometimes placed on a second story. Ricky G. Mason AIA for Collaborative Design Architects prepared 65 store designs for franchisees located throughout Northern California by Robert Gorham Triton Subs Inc. Each store design was required to be modified to conform to site specific requirements and applicable governing agency codes and ordinances to provide finished interior space for patron queuing and ordering seating for 25 cooking, prep service and storage.
