Mid-level includes entrance gallery, living room, kitchen, dining room, office, bathroom, laundry room and garage. Upper-level includes gallery, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Lower-level includes gallery, master bedroom and bath and mechanical room. The building design is minimalist contemporary utilizing solid and transparent wall masses to give scale and interest and offer views of the gallery interiors and vistas beyond from the entrance walks and drive. The interior design organizes the mid-level spaces about the two story high living room / gallery to frame City views and feature Owner's art collection and provide ease of accommodating large social gatherings. The interiors feature high-end imported materials and unique detailing.
